Geny 2.0: Celebrating The First Global Generation
Since the days when Socrates was inciting the nation’s youth, elders have looked at juniors with curiosity and concern, and juniors have returned the favor. Whether in our speech, our business methods or our technology, new generations have all changed the workplace, and history will likely show it was for the better. But that doesn’t necessarily mean it was without incidents!
Join Dr. Renée Downey Hart from Le Moyne College as she invites you to explore all our generational lenses in this dynamic topic with pages from your own playbook, new research, humor, and tangible ideas to navigate these interesting times. Strategies for working with Geny 2.0 in family businesses will be discussed.
Renée Downey Hart, PhD is Professor of Practice in the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. Prior to joining the faculty four years ago, she was a partner in the firm of Eagle Consultants in Syracuse, an international organizational development firm. She has been praised for her interactive style and ability to bring research into reality. Her years of consulting from the Silicon Valley to the Valley of the Kings in Egypt (and parenting four children) offer her wonderful vantage points from which to explore this exciting topic.
